Terms of Service

1. Our products

Pazl LLC provides consumer software products. These include web applications available in the browser and mobile applications and games distributed through app stores, including Synapse (package name com.synapse.link), available on Google Play.

Access to a web application is granted under the plan you purchase or the free tier where available. Mobile games are downloaded from the relevant app store and may offer optional in-app purchases.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Some products require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

When using our products, you agree not to:

• cheat, use exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies gameplay or interferes with other players;
• manipulate leaderboards, achievements, or other competitive features;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use our products for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• resell, rent, or commercially exploit our products without our written permission.

4. Payments for web applications

Payments are processed by our payment provider. All prices are in USD; taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. In-app purchases and virtual items

Our games may offer in-app purchases such as virtual currency, items, or content ("Virtual Items"). Purchases made inside an Android app are billed through Google Play and are additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play refund policies.

Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Except where required by applicable law or by the refund policies of Google Play, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items and game features as part of operating and updating the game.

6. Google Play Games account linking

Synapse lets you sign in with your Google Play Games profile. When you do, your game progress, achievements, and leaderboard entries may be linked to that profile. If you unlink your profile, delete it, or lose access to your Google account, saved progress associated with it may become unrecoverable.

7. Intellectual property

Our products, including their software, design, artwork, and content, are owned by Pazl LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for their intended purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a product if you materially violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

You may stop using our products at any time and may request deletion of your account and data as described on our Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pazl LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability arising out of your use of a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them affects consumer rights that you are entitled to under mandatory local law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will give notice in the affected product or by email before it takes effect.
