Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for products operated by Pazl LLC.

1. Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made.

2. Refunds

If a product did not work as described, contact us at hello@pazl.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case.

3. Disagreement with an assessment result

For assessment-based products: an assessment is a professional opinion based on the materials you submit. If you disagree with a result, you may request a second review from your account. If the second review does not resolve your concern, contact hello@pazl.ai — refund requests in this situation are reviewed individually.
